Pilates is a low-intensity workout that focuses on building strength whilst promoting mind and body connection. The exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core.
The exercises are completed on a yoga mat with the use of additional equipment to promote strength, stability and flexibility.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates has similarities to mat based Pilates but with the use of a reformer machine to create a more intense and dynamic class. The reformer is designed to lengthen and tone whilst enabling you to build strength, flexibility and balance.
We have a class for everyone and our expert instructors will ensure your session is modified to suit your capabilities and preferred intensity.
This is a full body workout so expect to work hard and push yourself, but most of all, leave with your mind and body feeling recharged.
