How do I book a class?

We are very proud to have partnered with LegitFit for our class booking software. The link below will take you to their platform where you will need to register for an account and Connect to Fika Wellness studio.

Once logged in, you will have access to the full timetable and can book/manage/cancel you classes as you wish.

If you purchase multiple classes you will also be able to keep track of how many you have used and how many are remaining.

Why can I not book a class yet?

Bookings can be made up to 3 weeks in advance.

Can I join a waiting list?

Yes, absolutely! We understand we’re only a super small studio so you may find the classes get booked up quite quick, however you can join a waiting list and you will be automatically emailed as soon as we have a class cancellation.

Can I cancel a class? 

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, classes cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will not be refunded although can still be cancelled.

What shall I do when I arrive? 

Ensure you have your grip socks with you and a bottle of water and get ready for the best workout EVER! If you are new to Pilates, do make your instructor aware so they can give you a full demonstration of the equipment.

Where are you based? 

We are located at Unit 3 Heatley Mere, Chaise Meadow, Lymm WA13 9EL.

Do you have onsite parking? 

There is parking to the right hand side of the building which shared amongst the units. There is also ample of street parking, but please be mindful of the residents and yellow lines! 

What facilities do you have on site?

The studio has access to a toilet and kitchen facility which is shared with the units either side of us, so don’t be alarmed if you pass someone in the corridor.

We do not have access to shower facilities.

Do you have drinking water?

We don’t have a fresh drinking water tap, but we will always ensure fresh bottled water in the fridge if ever you need some. There is also a Co-Op just over the road.
