REFORMER

PILATES

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic variation of traditional mat-based Pilates, using the reformer machine to enhance the intensity and effectiveness of the workout.

Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, the reformer machine was originally designed as a rehabilitation tool to help patients regain strength and mobility. Over time, it evolved into a versatile piece of equipment used in Pilates studios worldwide to lengthen and tone muscles while improving strength, flexibility, and balance. At our studio, we offer classes suitable for all levels, and our expert instructors ensure each session is tailored to meet your individual capabilities and desired intensity.

This full-body workout will challenge you to push yourself, and while it’s intense, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, with both your body and mind recharged. The benefits of Reformer Pilates include enhanced strength, increased flexibility, improved posture and body alignment, relief from anxiety, lower blood pressure, easing of back pain, and potential weight loss when combined with a balanced diet.

Grip socks are essential for safety and comfort during the session.
